Due to lack of interest (and apparent lack of appreciation), I am going to stop making posts. It's been fun and even good for me to sharpen my writing, but the only comments I get are from Skip and Skip and I can just rant to each other on our own.
However, if I have underestimated the size of my modest audience, then I will continue. But you're going to have to beg. Comments from people other than Skip will help me know that this Blog is something more than vanity and insanity (vinsanity?).

Just because only a few are willing to take on your keen intellect doesn't mean that your audience is so small that you could so casually toss us aside. We depend upon you to bring clarity to the world of politics, sports and music. Please, please do not leave us.

I would be disappointed if you stopped as we never have this kind of conversation/rant. I ain't smart enough to debate or discuss. I value your ability to pull your knowledge and information together into a coherent analysis of an issue. Please don't go...
Perhaps, if you want a wider audience you should follow the lead of television, and most media: sex. With your writing skills, scripts and pornographic novels might draw a crowd. This could be interspersed amongst your other posts.

Instead of abandoning this altogether, you could save it for when you are traveling out of the country.
I agree Skip, but you see there has really only been one request other than from you to continue, and she wouldn't have known about it for a while if I didn't tell her about my begging. Also, she always likes it when I beg.

Please don't stop blogging! I am a skilled internet lurker and if you stop blogging I may have to consider another career. I don't leave comments because your entries generally leave me speechless and my typing skills suspended.
Don't stop writing your blog, it is well written and creates a chance for its' readers to at least think about current issues in different light. Necessary stuff.
To the comment made about typing skills, I hope you're not the person I so rudely mimicked bad grammar. If you are, I am sorry for doing that and maybe you're right, my rudeness is why people don't leave comments.

Please don't stop blogging-I think it is a great outlet for you and I know that is important to you. Besides where else would you get the floor so readily and while I don't agree with everything you write I like reading your perspective. Besides I think you are cute too! and I should know.
Someone thinks I'm cute. Hope Mrs. Laz doesn't see that. Actually I had nothing to say, I just never had 10 comments to one of my posts and wanted to reach that goal. Seems a bit cheapened by the fact that I'm the 10th. Oh well.
